Our values are captured in our Ideal Attributes document (attached) which captures the attributes we expect from all boys, parents and staff and to which we dedicate our intentions and our growth. Every member of The Ridge community is expected to hold him/herself accountable to these values and codes of conduct. Part of our programme includes a termly self-assessment, by each boy, around the extent to which he believes he is living these values (boys judge in what areas they believe they are a Novice, an Apprentice or a Master).
