Feathers to Fly is a character education programme aimed at prioritising intentional growth. The name carries deep symbolic meaning. We want our boys to soar and reach new heights across all areas of school life. Flying represents growth, ambition and the ability to rise above challenges, and our hope is that each boy will aspire to do that. Feathers, though light and seemingly ineffective on their own, collectively work together to make flight possible. In the same way, the values and character traits we nurture in our boys, when brought together, will enable them to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.
By engaging in a meaningful and purposeful programme from Early Years through to Senior Prep, we are actively working towards a unified and consistent approach that supports continuity in values, language and practices across all grades.
